ADDITIONS & RENOVATIONS
Groen Builders, Inc. has completed eighteen residential renovations and thirteen residential additions. One of the most frequent addition projects has been adding a garage to an existing home. One project consisted of constructing two additions on either side of an existing home – one side a garage and a game room, the other side a large kitchen. Another interesting job was building a post-and-beam barn, while another was a garage addition to a log home.
For renovations, we have done everything – from replacing decks to gutting and rebuilding master suites, from restoring a house shell that had been abandoned by the previous contractor to renovating an old worn-down farmhouse and making it livable again. We have torn down and rebuilt summer camps, knocked down interior walls to create open-concept living space, and repaired structural beams that threaten the integrity of a home. We have replaced siding, doors, windows, and roofing. Any project, large or small, receives our quality work and the customer’s stamp of approval. We guarantee our jobs and stand by our work. |
