Groen Builders, Inc. has completed many renovation and addition projects for companies in the Seacoast area, including Taylor Egg Products in Madbury, and Options For Women in Dover.

At Turbocam in Dover, Groen Builders, Inc. provided a turnkey design/build office project that added a large amount of new office and storage space.

At Quality Interconnect Cabling in Barrington, Groen Builders, Inc. worked with the customer to provide a complete exterior facelift, along with much-needed roof repairs.

Institutional
Groen Builders, Inc. has been instrumental in restoring and renovating Seacoast Christian School in South Berwick, ME for the past three years.  We have tackled daunting projects with other committed contractors, often on a volunteer basis.  We are proud to support the Christian education of children in our communities.

Groen Builders, Inc. worked at Barrington Evangelical Free Church in Barrington, NH to turn a dark, damp, unusable cellar area into bright comfortable classroom space.  This involved structural work to increase the ceiling height, as well as complete finish renovations.

Groen Builders, Inc. continues to volunteer labor and materials to maintain and improve Dover Baptist Church in Dover, NH, where many employees are members.

Groen Builders, Inc. has worked on projects at The Lighthouse in Durham, NH, which provides housing for students at University of New Hampshire, including a new bathroom, new office, new deck, and repairing the fire escape.

Groen Builders, Inc. has sent employees to work at the Redeemer Ranch (a troubled boys ranch) in Center, CO as carpentry volunteers, renovating and repairing one of the ranch buildings.

Commercial Consulting Services Group
Groen Builders, Inc. now serves as a commercial consultant and pre-construction manager for business clients in New England.  Our experience with this type of work will be instrumental in expanding our service to other commercial projects.
